Under normal conditions with the generator and automatic transfer switch at rest, the Power Sentry will monitor the utility side voltage. The "Source 1 Available" light will be on. This indicates the utility voltage is OK.

In the timer column, the "Re-transfer Complete" light should be on.

The generator should not be running. The transfer switch contactors connect the utility power to the load and the generator A/C circuits are de-energized.

These lights should be on:
