When the "Timing for Transfer" timer times out, the "Timing
for Transfer" lights will switch from timing to complete and the main contactor
will disconnect the load from the utility and move to the neutral position.
With the Programmed Transition engaged, neither the utility nor the generator
can supply the load.
The Programmed Transition module light will come on and
the timer will begin to time from 1 to 60 seconds. This will prevent the
main contactor from completing the transfer until the time delay lapses.
